2. Hosting and server log files

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When you visit, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system) is processed in server log files. This is required to deliver and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and stable operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU standard contractual clauses.

3. Contact form and email

If you contact us via the contact form or by email, we process your details (name, company, email, optionally phone, topic, building type, message) to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR or our legitimate interest under (f)). Form data is transmitted and stored via Netlify Forms. We delete the data once it is no longer required and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Cookies

This website does not use cookies – neither for analytics nor for marketing. No tracking, statistics or advertising services are integrated, so no consent (cookie banner) is required.

5. Fonts and external content

Fonts and icons are served directly from our server. There is no connection to Google Fonts, social media platforms or other third parties. Links to external websites are only opened when you click them.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Please contact us at the email address above. If you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, www.dsb.gv.at).
