Approach

A pragmatic path from first use case to scalable platform.

Our goal is not to launch everything at once, but to start with a useful first scope that delivers early value. We build a trusted foundation and expand progressively – adding more data, applications and insights as your needs evolve.

Engagement model

A simple engagement model after the first call.

  1. 01

    Discover & prioritize

Confirm objectives, pain points and existing systems.

    • Align on business outcomes
    • Identify key challenges
    • Map current data and tools
    • Prioritize opportunities
  2. 02

    Frame the first use case

Define users, data, KPIs and expected value.

    • Define scope and personas
    • Select priority data and KPIs
    • Estimate value and effort
    • Agree success criteria
  3. 03

    Deploy foundation + first app

Connect priority data sources and deliver a first operational service.

    • Stand up digital foundation
    • Integrate key data sources
    • Build and launch first app
    • Validate value and learn
  4. 04

    Scale and expand

Add more applications, sites, services and analytics over time.

    • Extend to new use cases
    • Onboard additional sites and services
    • Add advanced analytics and automation
    • Continuously optimize

Getting started

Two starting options, according to your choice.

Workshops to specify needs

Workshops to define your needs, enriched by our expertise, tools and project experience.

  • Starts with a 60–90 minute workshop
  • Confirm priorities and define the first practical use case
  • Three priority BOS services, data required and expected gains

Limited-scope PoC

A limited-scope proof of concept to validate the principle, data and expected value.

  • A few data sources, one clear use case
  • Measurable results as a basis for decisions
  • Low project risk, scalable architecture
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Do we need to replace existing systems?

No. The BOS does not replace the BMS, CMMS, IWMS, BIM or booking applications. It connects them and makes their data available in a shared context – your systems remain in place and continue to operate.

Does our building need to be fully instrumented?

No. A building can deliver meaningful insights even without extensive instrumentation if systems already in place – such as CMMS, IWMS, access control and BIM – are used smartly.

Where is our data stored?

On your premises or in a private cloud of your choice. You keep sovereignty and control of access, including reversibility and data portability.

How quickly will we see results?

We deliberately start with a few data sources and a high-value use case. Results become measurable early – and the further roadmap is guided by proven value.

Which buildings is the BOS suited for?

For existing buildings, new builds and renovations – from offices to hospitals, hotels, retail and education, up to industry, data centres and public buildings, for single sites or entire portfolios.

How does collaboration start?

With a 60–90 minute workshop to confirm priorities and define the first practical use case. You then choose between in-depth workshops and a limited-scope PoC.
